We're already on week 7! My time flies when you're having fun. Week 7 has the same intervals (well, there really isn't an interval) for all three days of running so you'll only see one podcast for this week. We're doing 5 minutes of walking as a warmup and then 25 big minutes of jogging/running/sweating together. Get pumped! |

Oh hells to the yeah, we're on the third cycle of week 6 - which, I'm not gonna lie - was hard for me. I just ran it and maybe it's just an off day for me but 25 minutes of straight running just wasn't all that simple. Either way, I got through it and I know you can too.
We're doing a 5 minute walking warmup followed by 25 minutes of running and then your cool down. I switched the music up a little to get us through all the running, I hope you like it!
