Not going to lie - this might be my favorite playlist for your running pleasure yet. We're doing a 5 minute walking warm-up followed by 25 minutes of running/jogging and either a 5 minute cool-down or, since I added almost 15 extra minutes of music, you can feel free to keep the jog going and then cool down. Don't forget to stretch and don't forget to congratulate yourself on how far you've come.
