Week three has arrived! We'll be going for a five minute walking warm up followed by 90 seconds of jogging, 90 seconds of walking then 3 minutes of jogging 3 minutes of walking and we'll repeat that...with an extra 90 seconds of running at the end!

This time we're going for intervals of 90 seconds of running and 2 minutes of brisk walking. It's not as easy as it sounds.
