Ready for week 2? Sure you are! This week we're doing five minutes of walking for your warm-up, then intervals of 90 seconds running and 2 minutes walking. Make sure you keep your walking at a brisk pace. Try to challenge yourself. If you end up needing to slow it down, there's no shame in that.

It's been a while and I need to get back into the swing of things so I figured we could all use some new music and new motivation. You can use these podcasts for the CoolRunnings Couch to 5k program, or use them for interval training.
