Not going to lie - this might be my favorite playlist for your running pleasure yet. We're doing a 5 minute walking warm-up followed by 25 minutes of running/jogging and either a 5 minute cool-down or, since I added almost 15 extra minutes of music, you can feel free to keep the jog going and then cool down. Don't forget to stretch and don't forget to congratulate yourself on how far you've come.

A lot of stuff has happened over the past oh....forever. I'm back with a new podcast and living in NYC trying to build a career. Today we're going to be warming up for 5 minutes then headed into a ten minute run, three minute brisk walk and ending it with another ten minute run and five minutes of cooling down.

I extended this podcast for all my friends and runners who aren't necessarily following the program but who are still playing along at home. Today's mix is forty minutes long so go nutty y'all.

Here we go, I am back and need to kick my own ass into gear honey boo boo children! I just want to thank you all for the sweet emails and for spreading the love to your friends. I'll give a special shout out in my next podcast but also want to say thank you to a special podcast listener, Kathy, who I got to meet in person just a couple weeks ago. Finally, the time is here. I know it's taken me a while. I'm actually trying to figure out if I should continue using my podcast hosting people or if I should switch to Soundcloud. I posted to Soundcloud for the first time today and it was really easy and I like their interface. The Libsyn blog is not my favorite and the spam I get here makes it impossible for me to even try to check comments. Not gonna lie, last week was a rough one for me, my lungs are still getting used to pushing themselves. This week we're doing a 5 minute walking warm-up followed by intervals of 90 seconds running and 2 minutes of walking. I think I screwed up last week and didn't have us run for long enough - well, not this week, we're doing the intervals for a full 20 minutes.
